Altfsir Albiani Lel Quarn Al-Karim the  work of Ayesha 'Abd Al-Rahman, known as Bennet al-Shati, is considered as  one of the successful works of contemporary literary interpretation.Bint Al-Shati claims that she has accepted the main intellectual basis of Amin Kholi, the founder of the trend of literary interpretationfor a better comprehension and that means, understanding the Qur’an as a literary text and applying the rules of understanding the literary texts on the Qur’an, but this is about to show that she adequately ascribes the Qur'an, namely, the lack of understanding of the Quran from having a priori historical information, also refers to the conceptual authenticity of the Quran, that is, the essence of the concept versus the beautiful Qur’anic literary expressions and she values these two issues. Therefore, it can be said that Bint al-Shati, unlike Amin Kholi, believes that  it is not necessary to apply all the rules of understanding literary texts to the Qur’an. Of course, with the major implementation of the Amin Kholi's proposed steps has been able to create an admirable work, far from Israelis and using linguistic knowledge .So, in this paper, after summarizing the method of Amin Kholi  according to what is stated in the preface of Bint Al-Shati , the similarities and differences between the interpretive bases of Bint Al-Shati and Amin Kholi are explored.
