In this descriptive and analytical article, the Quranic wisdom is compared with “typicalrationality”,”normativerationality”,”holistic rationality” and “instrumental rationality”.to compare by the "content analysis"  are answered to basic questions: What are the types of Quranic wisdom?  Who does Quranic wisdom include? And under what categories is this wisdom? Who does have quranic wisdom? In which semantic web is this term? Answering these questions will make us able to answer a more fundamental question: what relation is there between the Qur'anic wisdom & rationality?,The word "reason" can mean Mischievous and clever, but the Qur'anic wisdom only confirm "theoretical" and "practicable" wisdomand in thisarticle has the unique definition: "thorough Perception with Fitrat health that prepare ability to distinguish between right and wrong, good and evil, evil and the worst evil as well as to guide one without the help of others from obvious phenomenon to what is unseen, & also to forbid the evil".any form of rationality,have not relation with the top Quranic wisdom-lob-,but some types of rationality are comparable with lower limit of Quranic wisdom:"foolishness" and "ignorance".
