Abstract
The right to life is one of the most fundamental human rights, Which is the basis of other rights. On the other hand, the right to life includes the aspect of obligation. Although the right to life is reflected in international human rights instruments, it has previously been emphasized in the Holy Qur'an and Islamic traditions. The importance of the right to life in religious sources can be traced to issues such as the sanctity of suicide, suicide, child murder, and fetal murder.
