The Flow of the Principle of Innocence in the Rules of Guidance with a Case Study on the Originality of Corruption in Transactions and Doubt in the Condition and Detail of Transactions

Abstract
In cases where the Obligated person, after searching and not finding the reason, doubts about the real duty, according to the principle of innocence, the acquittal of the obligee from the suspicious duty is ruled; of course, the fundamentalists issue this ruling only for cases of doubt about the detail or conditionality of something in worship; But in transactions, unlike worship, they have relied on submission and the rule of corruption. In this article, after expressing seven important views on religious innocence and determining its scope in terms of inclusion of theological and thematic doubts; Three important interpretations in the guidance and two theories in explaining its nature have been pointed out in order to prove that the holy shari'a does not remove the shari'ah ruling by innocence, But Resolves the issue. In fact, the holy shari'a removes the source of doubt and acquits innocence. In the subject area, not in the sentence area.
For example, we can mention the marriage with a woman who is in a number, that the famous fundamentalists invalidate the new contract by relying on the originality of corruption and the principle of lack of marital interest, but in this article The new one is ruled, because according to the religious innocence, the issue of "being in the crowd" has been removed, and in fact, the holy shari'a has removed the source of doubt in obtaining interest; Of course, this religious innocence flows only in the area of ?? the subject and does not take possession of the sentence, the obligation of some. In this basic research, library and digital resources have been used.
