Journal Article 2017 05 02 This article checking the interpretation process of the verse 34 of Nisa from the perspective of some contemporary scholars. this verse is also known as verse protection which has the words that over the centuries past to the present has changed that each of the commentators have expressed interpretations according to the time and place and their social status, cultural and family. In here we look at this verse from the perspective of three contemporary characters and will examine the causes and factors of their interpretation.   نوشتار حاضر به بررسی سیر تفسیری آیه 34 سوره نساء از دیدگاه برخی از اندیشمندان معاصر می‌پردازد. این آیه که به آیه قیمـومیت نیز شـهرت دارد، دارای واژه‌هایی است که در طی قرون متـمادی گذشته تا به حال دستـخوش تغییراتی شده است که هرکدام از مفسرین متنـاسب با شـرایط زمان و مـکان و وضـعیت اجتماعی و فرهنگی خویش، برداشت‌هایی را ارائه کرده‌اند. در این جا به بررسی این آیه از دیدگاه سه تن از شخصیت‌های معاصر پرداخته و علل و عوامل تفسیری آنان را بررسی خواهیم کرد.   https://religion.mofidu.ac.ir/article_37850_91cd64268d833ea419db6bae48551d22.pdf
